Assos Magic Tour

DESCRIPTION:

We start the tour from a dirt, road near Dendrinata village. Then we pass through old trails where we discover houses over 500 years old and with landscape changes we end up at Assos village. Picturesque and rustic, the beauty of Assos surprises you every moment and in each step.


The traditional village is topped by the remains of a large Venetian Fortress and set on its own peninsula. Surrounded by pines, cypresses and terraced fields.


Then we go up to the Venetian castle by a path from the lower entrance. We'll go around the castle and discover alternative historical periods. We will explore the Fortress, one of the largest in Greece, which was built to protect the island from pirate attack. We'll also find spots around the walls for pictures. If you like at the end of our tour you can swim at the beach under the pin trees and enjoy a soft drink or coffee at the center of Assos.
